• Contact requests: name, email address, optional project type, and the message you choose to provide.
• Calendar requests: name, email address, preferred date, time, and duration.
• Basic server logs that the hosting provider may generate, such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, user agent, and security/error information.
• A theme preference stored in your browser only after you use the theme control.

Please do not submit passwords, government identifiers, payment-card data, health information, or other sensitive information.

The website has no form database and does not silently transmit form entries to a server. The contact form prepares a draft in the email service you select. The calendar form opens a Google Calendar event draft. Nothing is sent to Ankit until you complete that action in the third-party service.

Gmail, Outlook, your mail application, and Google Calendar process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Review the destination and recipients before sending or saving.

The required form acknowledgement records your informed choice to use the selected communication provider; it is not consent to marketing.

This site does not load Google Analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or third-party embeds. The site code does not set cookies. See the Cookie Policy for the browser storage used for theme choice.

Information is shared only as needed with the hosting provider, the email or calendar provider you choose, professional advisers where necessary, and authorities where legally required. Some providers may process information outside Nepal. Their safeguards and terms apply to their processing.

Personal information is not sold, rented, or used for targeted advertising.

Unsent form entries remain in the current browser session. Messages and calendar records that you send are normally kept only while needed to handle the inquiry, perform a contract, meet record-keeping duties, or resolve a dispute, then deleted or anonymized. Provider backup schedules may delay final deletion.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your information, and may object to or withdraw consent-based processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed. Email ankitulak1@gmail.com; identity verification may be required.

You may also complain to the competent privacy or consumer authority in your location. Nepal's Privacy Act, 2075 requires consent for collection of personal or family data and limits use to the stated purpose.
