An inquiry, calendar draft, estimate, or discussion is non-binding. Work starts only after both parties agree in writing to scope, deliverables, price, timing, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property terms, cancellation terms, and any support obligations.

Availability, response times, estimates, and schedules are not guarantees unless included in that signed agreement.
